FRI

Contribute to the collective diary. Please spread up the notebook secretly, just pass it to the next person when you are done with your contribution.

eeefff suggests to contribute to the collective radio. During days of assembly everyone could intervene into radio with a sound/voice/song/noise/silence. You can listen to the constantly reassembling archive of the radio:

SAT

∰ Let’s do a collective fictioning circle. Please formulate in the past tense. What have we done during the assembly?

Break one school rule.

Dan Nulty and Lo Moran suggest sound-walk through the Nigula Bog.

Anna Xyana, Lo, Josh and Kateryna suggest karaoke with sad and emo songs.

SUN

∰ Thin Ice. Coming from our swamping experience, we would like to suggest you one exercise coming from Ursula K Le Guin’s “Steering the Craft”. ““Tell the same story or a new story of the same kind, deliberately shifting POV from character to character several times without any obvious signal to the reader that you’re doing so*. “Thin Ice” calls for a different narrative technique, and possibly a different narrative”. This ice really is thin, and the waters are deep.

∰ Border exercise. Come close to any border — so close that you can touch it with the tip of your nose. How does it smell? (pause) Now what will you do when the border dissolves? Do it.

Gleb suggests an auto-massaging session.

TTS suggests hosting a sound meditation at the seaside.

Andria Nyberg Forshage suggests reading a poem, “an unwritten sea”, from the car trunk.

caro and mo suggest a “ecofetish platonic spanking session feat. forest implements” (inspired by neneh noï) in the night.

MON

Set alarms of a person next to you with a memo, indicating what to do at the time when the alarm rings.

Iryna Loskot & Oleksii Minko suggest a subversed “Line-up on the Day of Knowledge”. Instructions: Turn on the audio from the speaker. There are long periods of silence or overly long music in the audio — this is intentional. There are many moments in which people are invited to participate.

Joanna Zabielska suggests trying 3D scanning of textures and environments & building virtual worlds, and Anne Kurr suggests reading zines and testing cyanotype to document the surroundings.

Carnelian Seville suggests hosting No Talent Show at the school concert hall, where Aleksei Borisionok performs Jezioro szczęścia by Bajm; Lo Moran performs stand-up comedy; Nastia Hrychkovska performs pole dance hopak; Olia Sosnovskaya performs pole dance with Белавежская Пушча by Песняры; Gleb performs crab-walk; Kolja Spesivtsev, Nat Skoczylas, Joanna Zabielska, Urszula Kozak, Anna Ivanova, Olya Zovskaya and Dzina Zhuk perform the recipe of the cabbage salad accompanied by the karaoke version of “Берёзовый сок” (ВИА Песняры); Dzina Zhuk and Ida Hordiichuk perform balancing a stick on one’s hand; Mo and Lea perform a sketch on Hungarian-Romanian love/hate relationship; Carnelian Seville, Gleb, Giulia Casalini, Lo Moran, Dan, Olya Zovskaya, Anna Ivanova, Natálie Zehnalová perform Octopus play.

TUE

Join a person you spoke the least to. Take them on a walk through the building and show a place that reminds you of another place somewhere else. Change.

Forgotten Exercise: Take someone for a walk in a forest which is special to you. You will be walking through a forest around Massia, but you will guide a person through it as if you were in that special forest somewhere else.

Alisa Oleva suggests texture walking exercises.

Alisa Oleva suggests a night walk with ghosts.

Nastia Hrychkovska suggests a touch tour and zine reading on the shores of Azov sea.

Ester Bergsmark and Andria Nyberg Forshage suggest a reading on transintimacies, violence, play, and domesticity in their room. Their collaborative text is titled “nooks (I am hiding behind you or are you becoming visible through me)”

Ida Hordiichuk and Natálie Zehnalová suggest watching cartoons produced in Ukraine, Czechoslovakia, and Estonia under Soviet occupation.

WED

∰ Collective fictioning circle. Imagine it is our first day here. Share with everyone — in future tense — what exercises will we do during the assembly?

Collective Cleaning Performance.

What would you like to take with you, and what would you like to leave here? Share with everyone around the dinner table.

TTS suggests a ritual.

Giulia Casalini and Anna Ivanova suggest micro-field-tripping: a set of listening, movement and writing exercises on more than human interaction.

Olya Zovskaya suggests sharing herbal tea and stories of foraging in the context of dispossession and displacement from Artsakh.

DJ Chantarelle (Aleksei Borisionok) and soft fantasy (Lo Moran) suggest listening to dungeon swampy slimy synth. Mushroom Dungeon Synth Ambient Lounge, with extreme dream tea made from mugwort and dog grass.

Ester Bergsmark suggests screening her film (Forest Assembly of Educational Fictions edit) in the basement, on bodies, gender, trans experiences, desire, violence, and trauma.
